The subject of the contract was contract was the Construction Management function in the expansion of the Selgros Cash&Carry wholesale center in Szczecin with a new logistics and warehouse hall. The plan of the investment consisting in the reconstruction of a part of the hall with the front elevation and the addition of a new part of the hall with the HoReCa zone.

Scope of work

1. Development of tender documentation along with coordination of project activities.

2. Conducting the tender procedure

Preparation of tender documents
Development of the technical part of the contract with the GC and the initial schedule of investment implementation

3. Construction stage management

Conducting investor's supervision
Coordination of GC works with the refrigeration company as well as the Investor's deliveries and Contractors
Active monitoring of the material and financial schedule
Participation, organization of the process of obtaining the occupancy permit
Participation in the final acceptance of the Investment
