The subject of the contract was project management and conducting the investment process consisting in the construction of a new hall with its functional connection to the existing production hall on the Investor's premises, resulting from the need to increase production capacity. The hall owned by Setrab is used for the production of aluminum heat exchangers. The investment is located in Krzywopłoty, in the West Pomeranian Province.

    hall, social and office facilities, internal installations, gas installation, demolition and construction of a carport

    roads for passenger cars and trucks, maneuvering areas, parking spaces for passenger cars, sidewalks

Scope of work

  1. Preparation of the concept and technical specifications for the hall, including technical drawings.
  2. Preparation of complete tender documentation.
  3. Project supervision, including monitoring of project implementation and the work schedule, as well as monitoring of the building permit application process.
  4. Conducting the tender procedure for the selection of the General Contractor.
  5. Project Management at the construction stage, including comprehensive investor supervision in all industries.
  6. Participation in the final acceptance of the investment
