New order in KKBud portfolio

KKBud received another order from a Warsaw developer - Kompania Domowa - this time to participate in the "Strefa Bielany" project.

Our company at this investment works in formula of Construction Project Management formula along with multi-disciplinary investor supervision and participates in the final acceptance of the investment.

The residential building "Strefa Bielany" is inspired by characteristic buildings in Bielany, equipped as tenements at Plac Konfederacji. All elements are carefully thought out and divided to create a cozy space for residents. The building will have a two-level underground garage and 7 floors.

Planned commissioning of the building by the first quarter of 2021.
