The construction of the most ecological pharmaceutical warehouse in Poland

For Maersk company, we are carrying out a project of building a new pharmaceutical warehouse in Mszczonów in the Żyrardów county.

On the Investor's premises, in addition to a free-standing office building, a gatehouse or a pumping station, a technologically advanced warehouse is being built. The temperature and humidity in the hall will be controlled throughout the year, electricity will be produced by a nearly 1-megawatt photovoltaic installation, and the appropriate insulation of all partitions will ensure the inertia and energy efficiency of the facility unprecedented in the country. In addition, the planned BREEAM certification confirming the diversified development as one of the priorities of our client in this project.
