KKBud acts as investor's representative for the construction of Radisson Resort

Since June 2024. we are carrying out the task of the Investor's Representative of the construction of the Radisson Resort Świeradów Zdrój mountain complex in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship.

The development will be built in an area surrounded by hiking, ski and biking trails. The complex will consist of a Radisson hotel with a SPA area with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a separate apartment building. The entire development has been carefully designed to blend in with the mountain landscape, using traditional, high-quality wood elements, numerous glazings and viewing terraces.

Our tasks as Investor's Representative include:

• Investor support during the investment process
• conducting a comprehensive tender procedure for the selection of contractors
• investor's supervision during the execution of works
• construction management along with preparation of reports and active monitoring of the material and financial schedule
• participation in final acceptance
