KKBud acts as a Project Manager of the Grochowska project
In September, we signed another contract to act as a Project Manager. This time, we are cooperating with Origin Investment, with whom we will implement the project of the “ReVital Apartment Building” in Warsaw with serviced apartments for seniors. It will be a facility without architectural barriers, with common areas such as a reception, club room, spaces for active leisure, recreation and rehabilitation. This is an innovative project on the Polish market, which Origin is introducing by drawing knowledge from the Canadian group Origin Active Lifestyle, which has been operating in the senior services sector for many years.
We have divided our tasks on this project into 3 stages, during which we will represent the Investor and act in his interest, i.e.:
- Design stage with project verification in all sectors and coordination of necessary formal and legal matters
- Tender stage – conducting the tender procedure for selecting the contractor
- Construction stage – conducting multi-sector investor supervision together with construction management
