The subject of the contract is Construction Management together with investor supervision of the construction of a production hall in Karlino in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship for the client Yinlun Setrab - a manufacturer of refrigeration and ventilation equipment for the automotive industry. The company will represent industry 4.0, so-called smart industry. It is a term for social, industrial and technological changes caused by the digital transformation of production.

    more than 70 000 m2

  • Area of the hall:

    a built-up area of 9747 m2

  • Hall:

    a single-storey production hall, a two-storey social and office building

  • Photovoltaic installation:

    power 0.5 MW, 1245 panels photovoltaic panels and 4 inverters

  • Additionally:

    a gatehouse, a technical building, a pumping station with a fire tank

  • Roads, parking, squares and sidewalks :

    more than 20 000 m2

  • Parking space:

    space for 123 cars and 4 for trucks

Scope of work

  1. Control of project costs with validation and agreement of additional work, including change management.
  2. Control of the claims management process.
  3. Control of the risk management process with verification of action plans.
  4. Verification of subcontractors along with the analysis of their contracts.
  5. Active monitoring of the material and financial schedule, including taking possible corrective or remedial actions.
  6. Correspondence on behalf of the Investor with all related entities, not only in technical matters.
  7. Preparing opinions on possible defects of the subject of the contract considered impossible to remove.
  8. comprehensive investor supervision of the following industries: construction, road, electricity, including low-voltage, sanitary, gas installation, networks and external installations.
