Scope of work

Investor’s supervision in the road sector, construction and sanitation: management of investment process on behalf of the Employer; conducting regular inspections on the site, control of works accuracy in technical terms, compliance with building design , technical specifications and regulations, standards and principles of technical knowledge; respectively early inform the Employer of any risks during the execution of the works which may affect the prolongation of performance, decline in the quality of work, or increase the cost, and taking preventive and corrective actions.
