The subject of the contract is Construction Management during the preparatory period before the construction, the tender phase and during the construction with the investor’s supervision including: tender procedure selection of the Contractor, construction management for the investment covering the first stage of CH Selgros extension at 133 Zamenhofa Street in Poznań through the addition of a 2-storey building for the needs of Horeca and TSP.
