  • Stage II tender phase - preparation of tender procedures, collection and analysis of offers, participation in negotiations with the Investor, selection recommendation
  • Stage III construction management, organization of works, conducting investor's supervision, participation in final acceptance of the investment

the building in terms of heat is self-sufficient - heat and hot water were obtained by recovering heat from the cooling system, so that there is no boiler room, heat connection or any other external source in the building
