Construction of the Transgourmet office building

In the first quarter of 2026, Transgourmet Polska will relocate to its new office building on Zamenhofa Street in Poznań. The construction of this modern workspace began in March 2025, with our team engaged as the Substitute Investor from the very design stage, including the selection of contractors. Throughout the process, we are responsible for construction management, investor supervision, and the coordination of all specialist contractors.

Significant progress has already been made on site. The prefabricated building structure and steel parapet framework are complete, the thermal insulation and top roof membrane have been installed, and ventilation systems have been mounted. On the southern and eastern facades, all windows are already in place, while insulation with mineral wool is currently underway. Interior installation works and the construction of partition walls are advancing on the upper floors.

The entire project is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2026, delivering a state-of-the-art office space tailored to the needs of Transgourmet Polska.
