Ceremonial Laying of the Foundation Stone – Finejas HUB

On December 8, a ceremonial time capsule laying took place at the construction site of the Finejas Transport Hub in Krzywa. The project is being developed for the Lithuanian logistics group Finejas and represents an important milestone in the investment process.

The project includes the construction of two facilities: a service building with a truck wash and an office-and-hotel building designed to support professional drivers and transport operations.

The ceremony brought together representatives of local authorities, including the municipalities of Gromadka and Bolesławiec, as well as representatives of the Legnica Special Economic Zone, designers, contractors involved in the construction works, and members of the local press. Although symbolic in nature, the event marked steady progress on site. The investment is currently at the stage of constructing foundation footings and preparing the area for internal roads and parking facilities.

Our company is acting as Project Manager for the Finejas Hub, overseeing the project from the tender stage for the selection of trade contractors through to obtaining the Occupancy Permit. All coordination and communication between KKBud and the Investor, across all disciplines and construction management activities, is conducted entirely in English, supporting efficient collaboration on this international project.
