The Finejas project is in its final phase of construction

In June 2025, we began work as Project Manager on the construction of a modern logistics hub in the Legnica Special Economic Zone on a site covering 118,670 m².

Today, the construction is in its final stages, and finishing work is currently underway on the office building—which includes a hotel section—and the service building with a truck wash, along with landscaping of the site and maneuvering areas.

As the Project Manager and technical support for the Investor, KKBud is responsible for comprehensive project management—from the schedule and budget, through the selection and coordination of contractors, to investor supervision and final inspections.

We are carrying out the project in cooperation with the Investor’s foreign representative, communicating in English.
