First photos from construction of Wisła Park in Puławy

Construction of Smart Park in Puławy is gaining momentum; initial work began in June, and by September, the general contractor’s crew had already completed the earthwork for the subfloor layers, as well as the installation of reinforcement for the foundation beams and the placement of the base concrete.

Currently, masonry work, steel structure assembly, and the installation of corrugated metal roofing panels along with exterior cladding panels have begun on the construction site.

Smart Park is a retail format designed for easy accessibility, featuring storefronts with direct exterior entrances and no common areas or hallways, which simplifies and speeds up the shopping experience. Wisła Park will open to customers at the end of the first quarter of 2027 and is located in the commercial district of the city on Dęblińska Street, next to, among other things, a large-scale home improvement store.
