We are adding a new contract to our portfolio

We are pleased to announce another contract we have recently signed.

We were commissioned by a client in the automotive refrigeration and ventilation equipment industry to serve as the Project Manager for the construction of a new production and warehouse facility at their existing production plant in Karlino.

Our work began with the creation of a functional and utility program, commissioning geotechnical studies, and preparing complete design documentation (PZT, PAB, PT for all disciplines), along with obtaining all necessary approvals and decisions, including the Environmental Decision and the Building Permit.

The next step will involve supervising the entire construction process, managing the schedule, organizing meetings, representing the Investor, and supporting them in all decisions until the occupancy permit is obtained.

Thanks to this investment, the Investor is increasing its production and logistics capacity at its existing production facility in the West Pomeranian Province. Advanced preparations for the start of construction work are currently underway.
